Zatoba's handmade striped linen couche is made from Lithuanian 100% heavy flax linen. This beautiful couche is 20 inches (51cm) wide and 35 inches (89cm) long. Classic vertical stripes in muted dark blue and natural add interest to your baking day and baking photos. To use simply flour your couche and baguettes, ciabatta or rolls, pull up the couche between the loaves letting them support themselves, or wrap it up over itself as your loaf finishes its final proof. Please do not wash your couche, simply shake out the excess flour, hang to dry and then roll and store in a cool dry place.
